My mission is to develop leaders who make a profound, positive, and lasting impact, and who create enlivening workplaces where employees learn, grow, and do the best work of their lives together.

I do it by providing leadership coaching and development programs that enable leaders to grow both in their skills and as people, and by offering programs for all staff that help them create truly inclusive environments that bring out the best in people.

I utilize research-based practices and methodologies, combining extensive knowledge and certifications with over 20 years of leadership and executive development experience, including at AbbVie, a Fortune 100 company widely recognized as a top workplace.
